How to order
Orders can be made from our online store screen.Once the order has been made online, a confirmation mail will be sent to you with your order details.Please check all details and confirm by replying to our email.Your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.In case of system error or if you can’t continue purchasing online you may place your order via email or phone.
Required fees
-All bank fees are to be paid by the purchaser.-Shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
-All Duties and/or taxes may vary from country to country and if levied, these charges will be borne solely by the purchaser.

Only transfers made in euro from banks within the EU. Bank transfers from out of the EU are not accepted, (if you live in the outside of the EU, please make your payment by credit card or Paypal). Bank transfer from any EU country other than Spain may take up to a week (depending on the bank and country), if you wish for your order to be sent as soon as possible we advise you to use credit card or Paypal.
Payments must be made in EURO to our company's account no longer then 5 days from purchasing day.
We do not accept US dollars, UK pound, Japanese yen or any other currency other than EURO,.
Currency Display
Currency converter automatically detects visitor's country and shows the price in their local currency. The rates get updated every hour. But, our default currency is EURO. Payments must be made in EURO.
Purchaser live in the outside of EU can confirm the price in their local currency in he cart, but can not make a payment in their local currency.
Credit cards and paypal are charged in our default currency in the check-out screen.
Payment confirmation deadline
Our payment confirmation deadline is of 5 working days, in case your payment can not be confirmed after 5 days your order will be automatically cancelled.
Returns and refunds policy
We basically do not accept any returns or item exchange.We do not accept any returns or exchanges even in case the item/s you received does not feet you (Too small, too big), if it’s not the color you thought it is or if you think it doesn’t suit you.We therefore ask our customers to pay attention to all provided details of the item/s purchased and have a close look at our photos and item details before placing an order.If you have any doubt or uncertainty regarding any of our items, please contact us beforehand.If you believe you've received a defective or incorrect product (Item or size) please send us an email with a photo of the item and a short explanation about it within 5 days from its arrival date.After confirming that the item is defective or is different to the one ordered, we will instruct you on where and how to send the defective/wrong back item to us.Defective or incorrect items should be sent back to us with in a maximum of 10 days from its arrival day.Shipping costs will be paid by us only in case of returning defective or incorrect product and after our confirmation.Once we receive the defective or incorrect product we check its condition and if the claim is approved we will refund you the shipping cost from your location back to us.If the originally ordered item exists in stock it will be resent to you and shipping cost will be paid by us, in case the item is already sold out and not in stock, we will refund you the full item cost together with its original shipping cost.Please note that items with tags removed, items that are worn, items stained or damaged by the buyer cannot be returned and will not be refunded.All claims must be made by email within 5 days from the arrival of your order, and must be resent back to us within 10 days from its arrival. If you fail to comply any of the above instructions, no refunds will be made what so ever.Sale and promotion items (all discounted items) are nonreturnable and nonrefundable under any circumstances.

Items shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subjected to VAT, Import duties and or local taxes, and are to be paid by the purchaser.
